Requirements:
  • PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (Master's degree with exceptional research experience will be considered)
  • Strong publication record in top-tier AI conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR)
  • Deep understanding of machine learning principles, particularly deep learning and transformer-based architectures
  • Expertise in large language models, generative AI, and natural language processing
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
  • Strong programming skills in Python and related ML/data science libraries
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, including statistics and linear algebra
  • Experience with large-scale model training and distributed computing
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct cutting-edge research in natural language processing, language models, and generative AI to advance the state-of-the-art in these fields
  • Design, develop, and implement novel machine learning algorithms and techniques specifically for LLMs
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets, particularly in text and language domains
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into practical applications
  • Stay current with the latest AI research, particularly in LLMs, by reading academic papers, attending conferences, and engaging with the research community
  • Publish research findings in top-tier academic journals and conferences, enhancing iGenius reputation as a leader in AI research
  • Develop prototypes to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new AI approaches
  • Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of our research team
  • Contribute to the responsible development of AI by addressing issues of bias, fairness, and transparency in language models
