Requirements:
- Proficiency in Python, Jinja2, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Basic understanding of web development concepts (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) is beneficial for working with our App Builder platform.
- Experience with MSP tools and platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions within our low-code platform, focusing on the Crate Marketplace and strategic automations.
- Ensure that all interactions with customers, whether during the development process or post-deployment, are handled with a focus on exceptional customer service. This includes timely communication, understanding client needs, and providing clear and effective solutions.
- Work closely with the ROC and CS teams and customers during the scoping phase to gather requirements and ensure that the solutions are aligned with client needs.
- Regularly update and refine existing automations to improve functionality and address any newly identified issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new automation ideas that can be developed for broader use within the Crate Marketplace.
- Conduct thorough testing of automations to ensure they meet high standards and best practices before release.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for each automation, ensuring clarity for end-users and internal teams.
- Create and customize applications using App Builder, combining front-end web development skills with automation capabilities to build dynamic, user-friendly interfaces that leverage backend automations for data processing and functionality.
