Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer in a game development environment.
• Strong experience working on both pre-production and live projects.
• Deep expertise in game production methodologies, including agile development, sprint planning, and milestone tracking.
• Strong knowledge of game development principles, technologies, and tools, including gameplay mechanics, player experience, and game dynamics.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects with multiple workstreams, cross-functional dependencies, and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to align teams and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in identifying, mitigating, and resolving risks throughout the game production lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, delegate, and inspire teams while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement, combined with the capacity to build productive relationships across diverse personality types and work styles.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the successful execution of multiple game development workflows, ensuring alignment across disciplines and stakeholders.
• Lead sprint planning, milestone setting, and production schedules in collaboration with cross-functional leads.
