Responsibilities:
  • Own the strategy and execution of AI-first GTM workflows, acting as the CEO of this AI-first initiative to drive automation, efficiency, and revenue growth.
  • Design and prioritize high-impact AI use cases that streamline sales, pipeline generation, and customer engagement, reducing manual work across GTM teams.
  • Work closely with AI engineers, growth ops, and RevOps to prototype, test, and scale AI-powered workflows using agentic AI platforms and API-first builder tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to ensure AI solutions align with business needs and drive measurable impact.
  • Establish success metrics and track performance, ensuring AI-powered automation delivers tangible results in conversion rates, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Evangelize and drive AI adoption within the GTM organization, influencing a shift from human-capacity scaling to a tech-first, AI-powered revenue strategy at Vanta.
