Requirements:

  • Five+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of successful direct-to-consumer campaigns; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
  • Proven experience driving results through multiple startup companies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing creative pipelines for digital ads, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, from ideation to execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage teams to hit specific revenue and profit goals
  • Bring or hire someone for email / text, Adwords, and Meta ads
  • Create and split test a website funnel (you will have a developer to implement the changes you request)
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Manage email marketing: Create and implement email marketing strategies
  • Focus on growth marketing strategies to drive significant business growth.
  • Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to promote services effectively.
  • Utilize data to back marketing strategies and articulate the impact of marketing actions.
