Requirements:
  • 7–10 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, strategic operations, business management, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong project management and execution skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the connective tissue across their companies, driving strategic execution and overseeing day-to-day business operations to ensure the Founder’s directives are implemented effectively and on time.
  • Act as a bridge between the Founder and the leadership teams of each venture, ensuring clarity of priorities, seamless communication, and alignment with their overall strategy and mission.
  • Continually evaluate and improve internal processes and operating systems.
  • Lead and manage high-priority projects and strategic initiatives from concept through completion.
  • Partner with the Founder on business development activities, including managing new client onboarding, client proposals, and special initiatives to drive growth.
  • Take the Founder's unique ideas, methodologies, and frameworks and help document and systematize them.
  • Provide oversight and execution support for ad-hoc projects that fall outside the usual organizational structure or require cross-department coordination.
  • Work closely with functional leaders in marketing, sales, operations, product, and other areas to track progress against goals.
  • Keep a strong pulse on the marketing division's business plan and growth targets.
  • Act as a confidant and advisor to the Founder.
