Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Strong champion of Otis Absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Quality
  • Elevator mechanic supervisory experience.
  • A working knowledge of Otis IT systems, apps, and field business processes.
  • Ability to provide training to individuals as well as groups of up to 30 people.
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheets, QlikSense, and SalesForce
Responsibilities:
  • Working with the local branch offices to identify and resolve issues that drive productivity and quality within billable repair by developing and delivering training material (online and in-person)
  • Analyzing performance metrics to drive improved efficiency, and employing tools to enhance the Billable Repair SIP process.
