Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing and scaling Google Ads campaigns with measurable success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Expertise in Google Ads best practices, including bid management, audience targeting, and ad copy testing.
  • Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate results clearly.
  • Experience with B2B, SaaS, or FinTech advertising is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and YouTube.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
  • Implement and test different bidding strategies to enhance cost efficiency and conversion rates.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking tools.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, outlining key metrics, successes, and areas for optimisation.
  • Work closely with our Paid Social Specialist to ensure a balanced cross-channel advertising strategy.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search with broader marketing goals.
  • Recommend new opportunities for growth and experimentation within Google Ads.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to continuously refine our approach.
