Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Project management experience, preferably in an Agile environment using Scrum.
• Strong written and oral communications – 2+ years of experience writing management reports.
• Ability to provide on-site project leadership in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains a program-level resource plan.
• Works with project teams to resolve risks and issues.
• Communicates across all program levels and provides timely and accurate project information.
• Assists with various tasks, including developing quality assurance plans.
• Manages the EIS Administration and Solutions Teams.
• Promotes continuous improvements.
• Ensures network security compliance.
• Communicates with the COR and the Government.
• Notifies the Government of any issues.
• Ensures the Citizant Team is effectively managed.
