Requirements:

• Strong spreadsheet management skills, including data entry, sorting, and filtering.
• Ability to effectively use tools like ZoomInfo and other online resources to gather and verify data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable making phone calls to collect information and engage professionally with restaurant contacts.
• High level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and maintain well-structured records.
• Willingness to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency and contribute to the success of a large-scale project.
• Flexibility to take on new tasks as the role evolves and the project progresses.

Responsibilities:

• Populate and maintain a detailed spreadsheet/database with information on Australian restaurants.
• Utilize ZoomInfo and other tools to gather data, including restaurant addresses, social media links, main contacts, and other relevant fields.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness, focusing on approximately 10 key data points per restaurant.
• Proactively call restaurants as needed to verify and complete missing data.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks related to data management and administrative projects.
• Regularly review and update data to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevancy.
• Maintain clear and organized records of all collected information and interactions.
• Generate regular progress reports on data collection status and highlight any challenges.
• Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and collection processes.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align data needs with business objectives.
