Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management software, particularly Jira.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project progress to ensure milestones are met.
- Support in growing an internal PMO through setting standards and best practices.
- Identify and manage risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on executive level status updates on cross functional projects.
- Manage project resources, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
