  • Setting sales targets and objectives for the Account Managers.
  • Sales forecasting and budgeting.

  • Develop skills continually for hiring, and leading team members, and ensure they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
