Requirements:

• Have effective communication styles and methods used to interact with car dealers, and third parties.
• Can work independently, setting your own priorities and taking a lead role.
• Are prepared to take accountability for your own performance.
• Can communicate verbal and written information to customers in a way which is clear, fair, and not misleading.
• Can work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
• Have excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Can research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.
• Have excellent people skills.
• Can work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
• Can have flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.
• Can create and implement a sales plan.
• Can mentor and coach our sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Setting sales targets and objectives for the Account Managers.
• Sales forecasting and budgeting.
• Sales strategy development.
• Research customer needs and identify how our solutions address them.
• Achieving dealer sales targets and personal objectives.
• Develop skills continually for hiring, and leading team members, and ensure they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
