Requirements:
  • Track record of driving at least $1M+ in annual revenue through new business development.

  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales, self-generated pipeline building, and enterprise deal-closing.

  • Ability to navigate complex, competitive sales cycles against PMG, Kepler, Publicis, SMG, Brainlabs, and IPG.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and secure net-new client engagements with mid-market CPG and Retail brands.
  • Develop a proactive outbound sales strategy, leveraging your network, industry events, and LinkedIn thought leadership to generate new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring consistent movement from outreach to closed business.
  • Understand clients’ commerce media challenges and position Goodway’s capabilities (Gradiant, G-Comm, Tuff) as solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Represent Goodway at key industry panels, conferences, and networking events, serving as a recognized thought leader in commerce media.
  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring deals are structured for long-term success and profitability.
