Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Spreadsheets is a must
  • Strong English proficiency is a must. French proficiency is desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Good people coordination. Clear, thoughtful communicator (verbal and written) with strong interpersonal skills
  • Metrics-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Resourceful - has the ability to find solutions to daily challenges
  • Ability to consistently set and meet deadlines
  • Basic marketing skills and knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of finance and the financial industry is a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full event lifecycle, from sourcing and planning to coordination, communication, and post-event analysis.
  • Oversee event logistics, ensuring timely execution (planning, shipping materials, managing communications, etc.).
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with all involved parties.
  • Track, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess event success.
  • Assist in creating visually engaging event assets (e.g., invitations, booth signage, presentation slides, and social media posts) using tools like Canva.
  • Support the sales team in planning and organizing small local events for prospects and clients.
  • Assist in designing promotional materials or visual assets to enhance event engagement when needed.
  • Help create visually appealing event collateral, including banners, flyers, and presentations, using Canva or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align event visuals with branding guidelines.
  • Contribute creative ideas for event branding, booth designs, or social media content related to events.
  • Track and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate expense reporting and cost control.
