Requirements:
  • Experience with U.S. insurance policies
  • Customer service experience within the U.S. insurance or financial sector
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Time management and ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle both simple and complex renewals, ensuring all required details are accurately assessed and updated.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email to confirm policy details, assess ongoing coverage needs, and provide renewal assistance.
  • Analyze client circumstances to determine whether the current policy still meets their needs and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. insurance regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of policy updates and customer interactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to support client retention and policy renewals.
