Experience in sales and/or business development

Responsibilities:

Make cold calls and conduct online/ stationary meetings with potential clients
Report commercial activities in CRM and sales pipeline
Create commercial offers, terms of reference for the recruitment department and the sales department;
Search and define the needs of potential customers;
Establish contacts with potential customers and conducting negotiations;
Perform other tasks assigned by the management
