Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 and higher, Azure SQL
- 2+ years of experience Azure Data Factory, including migrating data from SAP HANA to Microsoft SQL Server
- Proven track record of designing, building, and launching complex applications
- Ability to work independently in database management activities
- In-depth understanding of systems design and programming
- Understanding of SQL database design and implementation methodologies
- Experience with data mining techniques and procedures; knowing when their use is appropriate’
- Experienced in best practices for design, development, modeling, and implementation of data warehouses and relational databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence or persuade others in positive or negative circumstances
- Understanding of how to set up data migrations
- Ability to profile and optimize requests
Responsibilities:
- Development and analysis of database objects
- Data modeling, database optimization, supporting data migration process
- Understanding and implementation of schemas, interpreting and writing complex code
- Optimization of queries and stored procedures in high-load multi-user environment
- Cooperation with a team of .NET Developers and QAs when needed
