Responsibilities:
- Support the LT sales team in launching newly acquired partners, ensuring timely onboarding and availability on our platform.
- Build and maintain accurate, high-quality partner profiles to enhance their presentation on the Wellhub app.
- Verify and ensure the correctness of partner information to meet both internal quality standards and partner expectations.
- Coordinate and align communication between sales, partners, and internal teams such as Partner Operations and Quality Assurance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any onboarding issues, ensuring a seamless experience for partners.
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to partner onboarding and profile management.
- Proactively suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency in partner launches.
