Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with deep expertise in backend systems.
  • Experience AND strong interest in building AI-first applications and integrating AI agents and services.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks (React, Next.js).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML toolkits and frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar).
  • Understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cody, etc).
  • Experience building AI-driven user experiences—chat interfaces, intelligent assistants, personalized UIs.
  • Prior experience working in startups or on greenfield product teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and ship production-grade full-stack applications and APIs
  • Design and deploy AI-powered product features—recommendation engines, intelligent bots, autonomous agents, and more.
  • Leverage AI throughout the engineering workflow—code generation, testing, documentation, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Build and integrate AI agent frameworks such as LangChain, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, MongoDB).
  • Build scalable, event-driven systems, and microservices architectures using message queues and pub/sub systems.
  • Push AI applications into production and ensure they are performant, secure, and scalable.
  • Collaborate directly with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape Belong’s AI roadmap.
