Requirements:

• Strong experience with Angular and React for front-end development.
• Proficiency in Java Spring Boot and Grails for back-end development.
• Hands-on experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Strong end-to-end full-stack development experience, from front-end UI to back-end services and deployment.
• Experience with large volume web based applications
• Experience building scalable web sites for multiple industries
• Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing best coding practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems to ensure long-term stability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience leading and working with offshore development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring best practices in code quality, architecture, and performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Angular, React, and Java-based back-end frameworks.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration across systems.
• Work with Java Spring Boot and Grails to build scalable and high-performing applications.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and business teams, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage and coordinate work with offshore teams, ensuring efficient communication and task execution.
• Troubleshoot and maintain legacy systems, ensuring stability and compatibility with modern applications.
• Ensure best practices in cloud computing and infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.).
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, testing, and deployments.
• Identify and resolve technical issues to improve application reliability and performance.
