Requirements:

Previous experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role (preferably in recruitment agency).
Preferred experience in Crypto, Web3, or Fintech industries.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Workable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.

Responsibilities:

Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, etc.).
Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and motivation.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate closely with recruiters and recruitment team leads to understand job requirements and create sourcing strategies.
Utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find the best talent.
Track and update candidate data in Workable and maintain accurate records.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
