Requirements:
  • 1+ years in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience or interest in selling to US and UK markets (familiarity with cultural/business nuances is a plus).
  • Proven success in cold email/call outreach and objection handling.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Hubspot/Salesforce), outreach and prospecting tools (Apollo or similar tools).
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Familiarity with UK/US business communication styles is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Target mid-market and enterprise companies in US and UK markets using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io.
  • Run email, call, and social selling campaigns to engage prospects (e.g., personalized cold emails, follow-up sequences).
  • Use BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to assess fit for our platform.
  • Partner with US marketing and management teams to refine messaging and align on global ICPs.
  • Maintain 2–3 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) for team syncs and prospect calls.
  • Log activities in HubSpot and ensure seamless lead handoffs to AEs.
