Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the pricing team to ensure accurate and competitive pricing for products and services.
  • Develop comprehensive, tailored proposals that align with customer needs and specifications.
  • Deliver proposals to customers promptly and follow up as required to answer questions and close sales.
  • Accurately record all customer interactions, proposals, and follow-ups within the CRM system to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
  • Partner with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.
