Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience.
- Played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects.
- Previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action.
- Previous experience working on greenfield projects.
- An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers.
- Set direction for critical technical surface areas.
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure.
- Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture.
