Requirements:
At least 5 years of industry experience. Played technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects. Previous startup experience, or worked in an environment that prioritizes a bias for action. Previous experience working on greenfield projects. An interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space. Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers. Set direction for critical technical surface areas. Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure. Contribute to building Vanta’s engineering culture.
