Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator
  • Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • Proven professional proficiency in English is a must
  • High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have
Responsibilities:
  • Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns
  • Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc.
  • Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems
  • Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers
  • Provide customer support via Jira tickets
  • Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer
