Requirements:
- Previous experience working in the iGaming industry: Customer support, Casino Coordinator, or Compliance Coordinator
- Proven proficiency in Excel, Jira, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Proven professional proficiency in English is a must
- High communication skills, the ability to organize a day-to-day task, a willingness to learn, and a curious mind are a must-have
Responsibilities:
- Providing full support to Promo Managers and the Team Lead in building and maintaining promo campaigns
- Assisting in daily operations: setup file preparation, campaigns creation, maintaining trackers, etc.
- Becoming an expert in using our Back Office, Client Area and Tableu systems
- Supporting promotional planning alongside Promo Managers
- Provide customer support via Jira tickets
- Assist in creating tasks for copywriter and promo designer
