Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales & leadership within outside sales channels
  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Ability to evaluate teams and analyze data
  • Exceptional leader with a passion and dedication for mentoring and coaching sales and supporting partners to be successful
  • Must possess strong communication skills, a strong work ethic, high energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain communication with AT&T and partner teams
  • Manage and lead channel-specific initiatives
  • Partner with the Vice President of Client Services
  • Work closely with partner stakeholders
  • Gather and report feedback from the field team
  • Provide channel updates to DSI leadership
  • Understand sales trends by channel
  • Become a subject matter expert for DSI on all things NDS channel related
  • Spend sufficient time in the field
  • Attend meetings and events as needed by DSI and AT&T
  • Inspect resources to ensure accuracy on promotions and offers
  • Consistently carry themselves in a manner that appropriately represents DSI to all relevant stakeholders
