Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or related field, with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years and a Master’s degree
  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in mid-market or enterprise environments
  • Experience with campaign tracking and performance measurement best practices
  • Proficiency with marketing platforms including Marketo and Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of marketing data and analytics tools
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills with experience using tools like Asana or Jira
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to translate complex operational details into action and insights for cross-functional teams
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the marketing tech stack, ensuring seamless integration, optimization, and data accuracy.
  • Optimize and manage marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, data workflows to improve campaign segmentation and lead management.
  • Support and optimize the execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and refine advanced campaign tracking systems to seamlessly execute and report on performance.
  • Execute multivariate and A/B tests to enhance campaign performance and generate strong insights.
  • Identify and address gaps in marketing workflows to improve data capture, reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives for new marketing technologies and processes through strong collaboration, communication and training.
