Requirements:
  • 1+ year of phone sales or real estate experience (no real estate license required).

Responsibilities:
  • Handle approximately 100 new incoming leads per month and work to convert them into executed contracts.
  • Conduct negotiations from first contact through contract execution with potential sellers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, identifying seller pain points and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a structured and organized sales pipeline within the CRM (Podio), keeping all lead details updated.
  • Consistently follow up with past leads to maintain engagement and drive conversions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), including calls made, talk time, and conversion rates.
  • Track and report on sales progress and deal status to ensure pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Work closely with team members to drive company growth and success.
  • Stay engaged in ongoing training and adopt best practices in negotiation and sales strategy.
