Requirements:
  • 8+ years of trial experience in employment law and complex litigation.
  • Proven track record of success in high-exposure employment defense trials.
  • Strong case management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex matters.
  • Passion for mentorship and developing the next generation of trial attorneys.
  • Strategic thinker and persuasive advocate, ready to set new industry standards.
  • JD from an ABA approved school
  • Must be licensed in your state
  • 8+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically with litigation support, deposition and trial preparation
  • Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial
  • Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred
  • Experience with time management systems
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision
  • Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
  • Handle complex employment defense cases from inception through trial.
  • Serve as lead trial counsel in high-exposure litigation matters.
  • Develop and implement winning defense strategies to protect employers from Nuclear Verdicts®.
  • Advise and counsel clients on risk management, compliance, and employment law best practices.
  • Mentor and collaborate with litigation teams, fostering growth and development.
