🔧 Requirements

5+ years of design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products, with a strong portfolio showcasing your impact on growth metrics and business outcomes.
Fluency with growth design principles and knowledgable with growth loops, effective onboarding and feature discovery, activation and retention strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
Ability to show or speak towards shipped work that demonstrates growth experiments, or features that resulted in measurable business outcomes (e.g., increased conversion, improved retention).
