Requirements:
  • Fluency in Slovenian and English
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or online gaming industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on achieving customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with CRM systems and solid computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Commitment and willingness to work/relocate to Athens, Greece.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding support to Slovenian-speaking clients via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, game information, and payment issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements in customer service processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
