Staff Accountant - Temporary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree Required, concentration in Accounting preferred
• 1 – 2 years of accounting experience
• Knowledge of General Accounting Principles
• Experience with NetSuite, or similar ERP

Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily cash report and resolve appropriate accounting treatment of expenditures
• Prepare payments, and lead weekly payment runs
• Own Accounts Payable inbox and review, analyze and respond to queries
• Handle vendor requests, Purchase Orders and bills in Accounts Payable system
• Perform month-end close activities: Account Reconciliation, Journal entries, and Accruals and perform analysis to ensure accurate coding
• Work with internal and external auditors to extract details requested and provide accurate support
• Project work related to changes and implementations
• Provide assistance to the Fixed Assets monthly process
• Appropriate customer concern of issues
