Requirements:

• Profound experience in software development, and thrive on concepts like SOLID, TDD and DDD
• Significant experience with PHP, experience with the Symfony framework is strongly preferred
• Experience development web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring and logging tools like Kibana or Grafana is helpful

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical and disciplinary of a new cross-functional software development team
• Take active part as a developer in the team’s work
• Coach and mentor individual team members to help them grow personally and professionally
• Evangelize best of class development practices in your team
• Work closely with your Product Owner and Scrum Master to help the team reach its goals
• Work closely with other team leads and engineers in the roadsurfer engineering organization
