Responsibilities:

Support pixel implementations, guide customers as they set up and troubleshoot MNTN’s pixels on their sites to track user interactions and conversions from their marketing campaigns.
Serve as an expert on proper implementation across various platforms used for measurement by MNTN’s customers (e.g., Google Tag Manager,Shopify)
Resolve technical issues impacting pixel tracking raised by our customer-facing team and our automatic systems, working directly with customers as needed
Automate and streamline support and development processes
Maintain and enhance monitoring and alert systems
Foster team collaboration and knowledge-sharing
Engage deeply with our business goals, customer needs, and team mission to help ideate and implement new features and product capabilities

Apply
