Requirements:
  • Relevant professional experience in Key Account or Customer Success
  • Experience in B2B sales, industry experience (IT, construction) and SaaS experience an advantage
  • Very good IT skills and experience with CRM tools
  • Solid PC user skills, negotiating skills, presentation skills
  • Outgoing, competent, sales-oriented, flexible, willing to travel
  • Excellent German, fluent English
  • Independent, accurate and results-oriented work
  • Ability to learn and self-motivation
  • Basic understanding of software products and business processes
Responsibilities:
  • Expanding and maintaining long-term customer relationships in the DACH region
  • Independently handling all sales-related processes (product and solution presentations, advising on the various license models, etc.)
  • Independently supporting existing customers
  • Analysis, implementation and optimization of implementation measures
  • Close cooperation with the operational units (marketing, product management, etc.) at PlanRadar
  • Creation of various user reports with the customers and elaboration of a case study in cooperation with marketing
