Requirements:
  • 5 to 15 years of experience in construction and engineering law within a law firm or in-house environment.
  • Familiarity with NEC3 contracts, turbine supplier agreements, offshore wind.
  • Right to work in the UK and eligible to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
Responsibilities:
  • Work on construction related contracts for HS2 development projects. Contract negotiation and management.
  • Review purchase orders, subcontracts, car park licenses, and leases
  • Thoroughly review and advise on a variety of contracts, including FIDIC contracts, turbine supplier agreements, agreements related to offshore wind projects.
  • Provide legal support in day to day business issues and contribute to other workstreams as needed.
