Requirements:
  • Experience in conversation optimization and design and chatbot dialog flows
  • Experience creating workflows and personalized experiences that are optimized for conversion
  • Experience in customer-facing roles developing presentations, communicating results, and implementing feedback
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with experience managing multiple accounts in a high-paced environment
  • Formatting ability in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
  • Solid working knowledge of communication and collaboration tools (Google Drive, Slack, Asana, Zoom, Teams)
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels
  • Experience with Conversational Marketing and Chat platforms (Drift, HubSpot, Intercom) and exposure to Marketing Automation (Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (Salesforce) is an asset
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and build high quality chatbot experiences that drive outcomes your customers love.
  • Use a conversational marketing framework to create chatbot ‘playbooks’ aligned to buyer intent, page-based strategies, and personalized experiences for target accounts, industries, and return visitors.
  • Drive these conversational experiences from concepts and flow charts to conversational dialogue for chat to launch.
  • Present and solicit feedback from stakeholders on conversation and flow designs
  • Configure bot flow designs and all other settings including visitor targeting, contact attributes, lead tagging, and routing.
  • Conduct testing to ensure bot flows are optimized for the best possible user experience and messaging is free from any spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Use reporting tools and conversation analysis to identify trends and make recommendations to optimize bot flows and improve performance.
  • Participate in customer calls to uncover goals, confirm strategy, provide updates, present bot flow designs, and review results.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall chatbot development, document best practices, research, test, and implement new strategies.
