- 2+ years experience working on advertising campaigns with major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.)
- 2+ years experience working with Facebook Business Manager, Google Search and any DSPs (The Trade Desk, Verizon, DV360, etc)
- Experience in excel or Google Sheets, report template design and/or other data visualization tools
- Great all-around communication skills, including strong copywriting skills and the ability to effectively communicate best practices, strategies, plans and goals to clients and staff
- Digital ad experience for political candidates, advocacy orgs or organizations that do elections work.
- Manage large clients as lead strategist on direct donate, acquisition, and persuasion campaigns
- Plan and run digital ad campaigns from start to finish
- Embed yourself in the work of your clients
- Manage time and projects efficiently
- Ensure best practices and effective political ad strategies are followed
- Conduct in-depth analysis of ad campaigns
- Lead ads team and provide trainings on best practices and platforms
