Responsibilities:
  • Ensure complete information is collected and submitted for each provider in compliance with payer requirements and internal service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Follow up, Issue Resolution and Confirmation of execution for submissions
  • Proactive review of payer set up/accuracy for current providers
