Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge and work experience of how to complete speech tuning in a voice recognition application.
- Understanding of what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine best approach for improved recognition
- Be an audio engineer or specialist to be able to make the recommendations to vendor on what needs to be tuned.
- Understand how to create custom speech and have working knowledge of Microsoft Speech Studio, Microsoft STT/TTS solutions, and preferably knowledge of AudioCodes portal or tuning process.
Responsibilities:
- Identify areas in Natural Language Processing (conversational banking) that need to be tuned and update the tuning engine.
- Implement changes to the tuning engine after identifying in grammar and out of grammar sets or understanding why the recordings were not transcribed correctly.
- Make recommendations to vendor on what needs to be tuned.
