Requirements:

Proven experience in design, advertising and branding.

Strong design skills and a solid understanding of motion design (motion skills are a plus but not essential), with experience leading projects from start to finish.

An understanding that spans digital design, product design, and Figma is key to ensuring that your vision is fully realised.

Excitement to jump on Canva, Affinity and Figma to design.

Native-level English skills.

Responsibilities:

Leading the visual direction for brand, product, and performance campaigns, keeping every project fresh, consistent, and innovative.

Designing simple, powerful storyboards for ads and hype reels that bring Canva to life.

Confidently pitching concepts and present work to senior creative leaders, product marketing managers, and stakeholders, clearly articulating the creative vision and strategic approach.

Writing with the same creativity and clarity you bring to your designs.

Being passionate about exceptional art direction and design that’s not just beautiful but also thoughtful, meaningful, and, when it needs to be, provocative.

Collaborating with external vendors, providing clear art direction guidance and feedback to help elevate their work.

Working closely with the Creative Director to ensure schedules are accurate and realistic and that deadlines are met.
