Requirements:

• AI & Automation Leader – 10+ years in AI, automation, or ML-driven transformation, with experience leading AI initiatives at scale.
• Business Transformation Experience – Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to internal business functions, optimizing processes, and driving measurable productivity improvements.
• Technical Expertise – Deep knowledge of AI/ML, generative AI (GPT, LLMs), automation tools, and AI-driven business process optimization.
• Strategic Thinker – Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities, drive alignment, and execute AI initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong Communicator & Influencer – Proven ability to partner with business leaders, IT, and executive teams to drive AI adoption.
• Hands-on & Agile – Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to prototype AI solutions, experiment, and iterate quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead & Build – Hire and develop a team of AI experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• AI Strategy & Roadmap – Define and execute Oura’s internal AI strategy, identifying high-impact AI opportunities across business functions.
• Develop & Deploy – Implement AI-powered automation, generative AI solutions, and ML models to improve workflows, decision-making, and efficiency.
• AI Adoption & Enablement – Educate teams on AI tools and best practices, driving adoption and ensuring ethical and effective AI usage.
• Strategic AI Programs – Lead company-wide AI initiatives to reimagine organizational practices, drive cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment with Oura’s mission and values.
• AI Productivity Tech Stack – Define and build Oura’s internal AI tech stack, integrating best-in-class AI vendor applications, foundational AI frameworks, and AI operations (AIOps) capabilities.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve – Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to keep Oura at the forefront of AI-driven business transformation.
