Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Node.js
  • Proficiency in frontend development with React and TypeScript
  • 5+ years of domain expertise in payment industry, fintech, banking, or financial services
  • Deep expertise in software architecture, microservices, and cloud-based solutions in AWS.
  • Experience with Java and NodeJs.
  • Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and behavior-driven testing methodologies, ensuring robust, maintainable code.
  • Deep understanding and practical application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID design, Clean Architecture, and advanced software design patterns.
  • Advanced proficiency in Web/API environments, including: HTTP protocols, Designing and consuming RESTful services, Creating efficient, secure, and high-performance APIs
  • Proficiency in database design and optimization (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of backend and frontend engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Design and develop scalable and high-performance backend services using Java.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure smooth API integrations across different services.
  • Work closely with Product, DevOps, and Security teams to define technical strategies and implement best practices.
  • Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Maintain and improve monitoring and alerting systems to ensure system reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently while maintaining system stability.
  • Lead the adoption of modern development practices such as TDD, clean architecture, and microservices design.
  • Drive the technical roadmap by evaluating new technologies and frameworks to enhance the platform.
