Data Analyst - Search Quality (Recall Team)

Requirements:

• Diversified experience in data/product analytics, including A/B experiments and other approaches to data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis/data processing.
• Familiar with math statistics (A/B-tests).
• Experience with PySpark or ETL pipelines is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design metrics to evaluate the relevance and performance of search results, ensuring they align with business goals and user expectations.
• Dive into data exploration to uncover growth opportunities in the current search solution, estimate their potential impact, and prioritize them effectively.
• Track ML models performance and show their contribution to final results and business metrics.
• Improve our explanation workflows to ensure that our search algorithms are clear and transparent for all stakeholders.
