Requirements:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Oversee corporate governance matters, including board communications, entity management, and shareholder relations.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic business initiatives.
  • Manage disputes, litigation, and external counsel relationships.
  • Develop and implement company-wide legal policies and risk mitigation strategies.
