- Member of a US State Bar.
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience practicing corporate law at a law firm.

- Report to the Associate General Counsel and work collaboratively with cross-functional leaders around the organization.
- Build close relationships with business partners across the Company, including members of the product, engineering, sales, risk, operations, finance and people teams and advise on a wide range of corporate matters.
- Support the Company’s capital markets initiatives, including negotiation of warehouse agreements, securitizations and other debt facilities, as well as forward flow and other loan sale arrangements.
- Manage ongoing relationships with financial counterparties, including facilitating required reporting in conjunction with the financial operations team and documenting amendments as needed in conjunction with the credit and capital markets teams.
- Assist with the Company’s equity raising transactions and capitalization table management, including administration of the Company’s employee stock option plan.
- Review, draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, leases and vendor and partnership agreements.
