  • You already have experience in written or telephone customer service.
  • You love exchanging ideas with customers and enjoy solving their concerns.
  • You place high quality standards on yourself and others and have a can-do mentality that motivates others.
  • You have a strong team spirit, as well as a passion for working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • You speak fluent German (C1) and English (B2).
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of operational processes (such as customer change and customer service).
  • Take care of quick and satisfactory solutions in cases of clarification.
  • You want to immerse yourself in energy industry topics such as market and EDIFACT communication.
  • You will answer our customers' questions quickly in customer service (telephone/chat/e-mail).
  • You take responsibility for your own tasks and contribute your own ideas and suggestions to improve our processes.
