Requirements:
  • 5+ years of related insurance experience, preferably at least partially at an insurtech
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work remotely and seamlessly with multiple internal teams
Responsibilities:
  • Be a main point of contact for agents as they quote small commercial risks, including difficult-to-place business in the E&S market.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and other key stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact and providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to effectively manage assigned agencies, identifying key growth opportunities and prioritizing initiatives to drive new business development and achieve revenue targets.
  • Become an expert on our platform and the many products available to address client inquiries and effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our insurance products, coverage options, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations, effectively communicating value propositions and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including underwriting, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales initiatives, leveraging cross-functional expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed client expectations.
