Requirements:
  • B.S. degree in Science or Engineering.
  • 1-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the chemical industry.
  • Experience in TSBD and sales within chemicals or speciality chemicals, particularly in: Phosphonates, Biodegradable Chelating Agents, MBT – Biocide, Polymers, Detergent Additives, Acetyl Chloride
  • Strong understanding of water treatment chemicals and industrial & institutional cleaners.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue goals.
  • Identify and onboard key customers and distributors across the UK and Scandinavia (Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, establishing the company as their preferred supplier.
  • Recognize, anticipate, and solve customer challenges to drive business opportunities.
  • Use extensive industry knowledge to differentiate the company's product offerings from competitors.
