Requirements:

1+ year of experience in an administrative, HR, or operations role (internships or entry-level HR experience count!).
Experience working with HR systems (BambooHR, Lattice, or similar tools) or are eager to learn.
Highly detail-oriented and comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities:

Gain a deep understanding of our People systems (BambooHR, Lattice, Loop & Tie, etc.) and processes.
Take ownership of administrative tasks related to benefits administration, compliance tracking, and employee records.
Independently manage routine People Ops administrative processes, including onboarding tasks, compliance updates, and HR system audits.
Contribute to People Ops projects that enhance compliance, onboarding, and documentation processes.
