Requirements:
  • Experience as a Virtual Assistant / Project Manager (a plus)
  • Experience with nonprofits (a plus)
  • Good grammar and ability to write
  • Intuitively organized
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-starter
Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendar and scheduling
  • Coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
  • Manage emails, follow ups, and reminders
  • Coordinate the completion and signature of minutes from governance meeting recordings
  • Provide administrative assistance with the change from Blackbaud Raisers Edge CRM to Bonterra
  • Prepare PowerPoint and meeting materials for meetings
  • Enter information into CRM
  • Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
